Thó-lūn:мин-нан
It is clearly a mistake. "Мин-нан" in Palladiy's cyrillisation system is "Mingnang" in Pinyin. This wrong form is sometimes used, but it is incorrect.
Correct form would "минь-нань" (Minnan; or "миньнань" - actually, there are no strict rules concerning placement of hyphen in Chinese loanwords in Russian), but actually "южноминьский" (South Min, an adjective) is usually used as a translation of "Minnan"
